		<description>I believe Apple&#039;s Boot Camp assitant installed that Realtek HD Audio Manager as part of the Windows driver package. I doubt it is needed at all, but I&#039;ll probably do some research before removing it.</description>

		<description>The Real problem is, that when I do the plugging, it takes 1.5 seconds to switch to the device or back. Without the manager, it is instantenious.</description>
