But the whole Apple experience can be so hit-and-miss. Seems like everyone loves the concepts of Apple, and the usability of the software and tools. But sometimes they just don't work. (I had to take my Macbook Pro back to the "Genius" Bar to get the keypad replaced.) I feel like I’ll soon be the only person in my social group without either an iPhone or iPod.
