Thank FSM they fired this second grade teacher for appearing on Howard Stern’s web site in a bikini. Can you imagine the damage to a 2nd grader visiting Howard Stern’s web site…finding his or her own teacher in a bikini?
Absolute BS. She didn’t do anything illegal, immoral, or even lewd. Bikinis are not nudity. Howard Stern is legal last I knew.
Unless there is something in her employment contract specifically dis-allowing something like this, the board doesn’t have a leg to stand on. MeThinks the School Board will be in for a wrongful whatever lawsuit – hey cool and smart lawyers out there – how ’bout stepping up and helping this chick get some cash out of the bastards who fired her.
