Michael Says:
Nice…I dig it. My wife thinks “in-car” TVs should be outlawed…but not because she’s worried about the people who have them. She says that it distracts HER when OTHER PEOPLE have them in their cars…which makes me wonder how she makes it to the grocery store without getting in an accident.
We just picked up a dual screen DVD player, yesterday. My wife just took the kids to Canada. Seems a bit much to test if it works, eh? But after 14 hours of, “Are we there, yet?” Could you blame her?
For short trips, it seems a bit much, and the last thing I want is to argue with them about getting out of the car to pick up something from the store. They already don’t want to get dragged around Walmart, but I’m not giving them another excuse. So for long trips, it’s a must, but for anything in town, no way.
Especially at night, I’ve been distracted by the overhead variety of monitors, but the head rest variety doesn’t seem to catch my attention much. I guess I could use it as an excuse if I rear-ended one of them 8^).
Well, I am surprised I am still alive when I remember what I used to do on 14 hours of traveling. My only problem with this solution is, I will kind of prefer to jump to the back seat than become the driver!

Those poor kinds don’t even have to try and stare outside anymore, the image box is everywhere!
No, honestly I find this pretty sad.
