Ouch…Malaysian Post

I just bought some electronics components and received the following confirmation email:
Comments : Your order was shipped by Malaysian Post. Normal shipping time is 1-2 weeks. We thank you for your patience.
Yikes. I’m used to Newegg, where I receive the package almost as fast as the email confirmation.
1 to 2 weeks is usual shipping time for many other stuff as well, like when I purchase CDs from the States. So what’s wrong with it? I mean… if they lost your stuff (which they might sometimes do) I would understand.
ROFL I lived in Malaysia for 3 years you will be lucky if you ever get it lol. And if you do get it, it will be a miracle if its not just an empty box lol
I am a Malaysian in Malaysia, and I hate to admit it. But uurgh…!
So here we ship to China or to the States using FedEx or UPS. Next day! Of course, there is a price to pay.
I just ordered a board game from the UK and was given the option of surface mail or air mail. Picked surface mail in order to save 9 pounds…
