Chet: I’m Sorry

My comic So Long, Chet crossed the line. In particular, I do not wish to make personal attacks. Although that was not my intent, it certainly gave that impression (how could it not?) and I am sorry.
Let’s Try it Again…
Here is another attempt, hopefully funny without being insulting:
It’s a comic, it’s meant to exaggerate poke a bit of fun. It’s satire. I just don’t see where you crossed the line. I guess opinions vary, but I thought your post would have been even more over the top had you showed Chet kicking the original character in the jewels 8^). I probably would have peed my pants…. Hey that’s my take. Most of the comments left on the original post dealt with how expensive (or inexpensive) the tools were.
I don’t know, I’m sure you’ve posted worse. But if you think you’ve offended, it’s nice to see you got the guts to admit it. Win, win, either way I see it.
Yea, it was really the big bag ‘o money that got Chet that caused the outrage. However, had he actually got the big bag o’ cash there wouldn’t be the same outrage.
Now most decent signing bonuses are wire transfered, so you should have had a bank deposit slip instead.
